1. Who we are

SEVENERGY is a LiFePO4 battery brand operated by DECHUAN TECHNOLOGY TRADING Co., LIMITED (德川科技貿易有限公司), a company registered in Hong Kong. Registered address: RM 9B-V76 9/F, WAH HEN COMMERCIAL CENTRE, 381-383 HENNESSY ROAD, WANCHAI, HK. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean that company. You can reach us at support@sevenergybattery.com for any question about this policy or your data.

2. What we collect on this website

• Information you submit. When you use the wholesale inquiry form we receive the name, company, business email, destination market and project details you typed. We use it to answer your enquiry and, if we start working together, to prepare quotations and documents. We do not sell or rent it.
• Server logs. Our site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like every web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP address, user agent and requested URL to deliver the site and to defend it against abuse. We do not use these logs to build advertising profiles.
• No tracking cookies. This site sets no advertising, analytics or cross-site cookies. Your light/dark theme preference is stored in your own browser's local storage and is never transmitted to us.

3. What the app collects

• Battery data. The app talks to your battery over Bluetooth Low Energy and displays state of charge, voltage, current, power, temperature, cell voltages, cell spread, balancing status, cycle count and protection events.
• Where it is stored. On your phone only. There is no account, no cloud sync and no server of ours receiving your readings. Uninstalling the app removes the stored history.
• Permissions. Bluetooth permission is required to connect to a battery. If you use the in-app support button, your mail app opens with the battery model and serial number pre-filled — that email is sent by you, from your own account, and only if you choose to send it.
• No analytics or advertising SDKs. The app contains no third-party tracking, profiling or advertising libraries.

4. Who else processes data

We keep the list short and specific:

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertising networks.

5. How long we keep it

Inquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and to maintain the business relationship, including warranty and after-sales records. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider under its standard retention period. Battery data never reaches us, so there is nothing for us to retain.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Write to support@sevenergybattery.com and we will respond within a reasonable period; we may need to verify your identity first. If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. In California, we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.

7. Security

This website is served over HTTPS. Access to inquiry data is limited to the staff who need it to answer you. No system is perfect, but we do not hold payment data, passwords or battery histories on our servers — there is simply very little to lose.

8. Children

Our products, this website and the app are intended for professional and adult use. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change how the website or app handles data, we will update this page and the effective date above. Material changes will also be noted in the app release notes.
